For all matters related to the Company’s rehabilitation, please use the form provided in our ‘Contact us‘ page. The Company’s management team, sales team, and operations team will refer to all communications made through this portal.

Not at this time. New Nordic Development Co., Ltd. has filed for voluntary restructuring under Thai Bankruptcy Law.
For the duration of the filing, all civil actions against the company and payments to creditors are suspended, pending court order.
As of now, there are no actions you need to take. You will be notified via e-mail and this website with instructions as to how you can file your proof of claim with the Legal Execution Department in
Q2 2021 Q4 2021 (updated 27 May 2021).
We are aiming to protect and then realize as much value for stakeholders as possible. The rehabilitation aims to prevent a corporate failure, which result in absolute loss. Updates on this process will be through emails to stakeholders according to details in sales contracts, and will also be posted to this portal.
Rehabilitation is a multi-year process and can take up to a maximum period of 5 years under Thai law. Additional years may be allowed by court order.
