Email and Post Notice to Creditors – Delivery Issues

We have been instructed by the Thai Bankruptcy court to contact certain parties with agreements with New Nordic Development Co., Ltd. initially using the email address provided in their contract. Some messages have failed due to various errors. We have then attempted to send this information by registered mail (see sample of this letter here: http://nng-restructuring.com/downloads/creditors-letter-210317.pdf).

We are required to use our best efforts to contact all listed creditors. However, despite numerous attempts we must inform the court that Thailand Post is not accepting mail for the following jurisdictions:

  • Cambodia
  • French Polynesia
  • Kazakhstan
  • Kingdom of Bahrain
  • Madagascar
  • New Caledonia
  • Sri Lanka
  • Ukraine

If residents of these countries ONLY have not received any email or mail they will need to contact us as follows:

  • If you have not received an email please check your spam or junk mail list and add [email protected] to your whitelist.
  • After checking your spam / junk mail box and you have still not received an email or registered mail but believe you should have been contacted by New Nordic Development Co., Ltd. please get in touch with us using the form on this website here https://nng-restructuring.com/contact-us/.

At this stage, we are unable to reliably send documents to French Polynesia and Kazakhstan.

Thank you,

New Nordic Restructuring Team
